Refund Policy

All hats are custom-made and made to order, therefore returns and cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged. If your hat arrives damaged, please contact the seller within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage to request an exchange.

Cancellations:
We do not accept order cancellations due to the custom nature of the product.
