What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Everything is made to order. Production time is 1-7 days for hats, 1-3 days for jewelry, and 1-5 days for game day bags and straps. Once your order is made, it ships using the shipping method you chose at checkout (see below).
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at hello@sunkissedbychrissy.com.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer exchanges, not refunds. Items can be exchanged if they are returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Hats with a personalized name cannot be exchanged. To start an exchange, email us at hello@sunkissedbychrissy.com with your name and order number.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@sunkissedbychrissy.com within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the damage and we will exchange it.
Can I cancel my order?
Because everything is made to order, we do not accept order cancellations.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@sunkissedbychrissy.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping depends on the method you choose at checkout. Ground shipping takes 1-5 days and Priority shipping takes 1-3 days after your order has been made.
